9Line, LLC (9Line) is a Tampa, Florida-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) formed in 2009. 9Line was founded by retired Army Medical Service Corps Colonel Scott Heintz and offers innovative solutions to our clients’ specific needs by providing highly effective services, a specialized workforce with unequaled leadership (over 80% Veterans), proven qualifications and disciplined, successful execution.

9Line was initially established with one objective: to support the most valuable, complex weapon system the U.S. military will ever field—the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Operator. As the Prime Contractor for the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program, an SDVOSB set-aside contract, 9Line is successfully supporting our nation’s wounded, ill or injured SOF warriors and their families by providing Program Management, Recovery Care Coordination (RCC), Non-Clinical Case Management, Wellness/Benevolence, Adaptive Sports, and Transition support.

Additionally, 9Line supported the Air Force Recovery Care Coordinator Program, the Army Wounded Warrior and Navy Safe Harbor Programs, and has a footprint at 24 geographically dispersed military installations/sites, two overseas.

9Line currently provides Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Research, Training, Education, and Mission Support Services to the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC) Program.

9Line is building upon the success of these immensely important programs and is leveraging this experience to expand our offerings to support the U.S. Government, Department of Defense, Veterans Administration, State and Local Governments, and Industry. This support includes warrior care, clinical/healthcare, recovery care, outreach, transition, administrative, training, adaptive sports, research and development, information technology, operations, logistics, and consulting capabilities and services.

9Line LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) committed to providing non-clinical advocacy and support to our nation’s Wounded Warriors and their families. To accomplish this mission, 9Line has assembled a unique team consisting primarily of senior, retired, military-disabled veterans and military family members. The 9Line team has approximately 1500 combined years of military service in Special Operations, medical planning, operational, and clinical experience. Most of our Wounded Warrior Advocates are retired senior military leaders who spent their careers devoted to the welfare of the Warrior and their families.
